ABOUT MY MOLDS: All silicone molds listed under "Handmade" are made by me, and not mass produced in a factory. Because I am a human and not a machine, there could be slight imperfections. When placing an order, you are agreeing that you're aware of this information. Small imperfections will not cause an issues with your finished product. This is not limited to a mold being level, or other small imperfections. I take pride in my work, but I am also human.

Ready to ship (RTS) molds are not made by me and some may be a little uneven due to forces beyond my control. In the event that your mold is slightly uneven or if your work area is not level, you can easily compensate for it with a shim.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: Please do not use a heat gun, torch, hair dryers, or any other heat source on your molds. This will damage them! I am not able to replace molds that have been melted.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: Because these items are custom made, I do not accept refunds or exchanges. COVID UPDATE to this rule ABSOLUTELY ZERO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES DUE TO THE CURRENT PANDEMIC.

Mold issues- I don't have any warranty or guarantee on the molds. There are so many different brands of epoxy that it would be impossible to give you instructions for each. Please follow the instructions from your epoxy manufacturer. Larger molds need to be poured in layers so that the epoxy does not flash cure. When you mix a large batch of the epoxy it heats itself up. The extreme heat from flash curing can make the epoxy fuse to the mold. Another problem I often see is the use or torches or heat guns. This will cause the epoxy to fuse to the silicone as well. The only suggestions I have to offer is to use a mold conditioner or a drop of baby oil to help make the molds last. I advise using isopropyl alcohol as a mist to help reduce bubbles in your epoxy.
Unlevel molds, rather they are created by me or ordered from factory or other supplier I cannot control everything in the making process. You can use shims under the mold to help adjust as needed. You may also need to check out your work table. I will not replace these molds. They are still usable and just require a bit of an adjustment.
I do not sell these molds as "food safe" I can't tell you what to do with them but that is not how I have them advertised.

A very special THANK YOU to all of the talented creators who have allowed me to use their images of items they made using my molds!
